Ann Chiu Law
Before starting Business & Office Centro, Ann gained a lot of experience in office administration and customer service in several business sectors. Her experience in managing office facilities and dealing with customers and suppliers gave her the knowledge and expertise to be able to help clients with their marketing and printing needs. With her helpful, friendly, one-on-one approach, she has earned the trust of her clients who work with her as if she is part of their team, whether in marketing, corporate communications, sales or services. Driven by her dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction, she has earned a reputation among clients for both quality and timely delivery.
In 2004, Ann was nominated for the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Business Women’s Association.
Ed Law, P.Eng.
Prior to co-founding Business & Office Centro, Ed worked in
the technology and telecommunications industry for 15 years, developing
valuable experience ranging from process development to sales
engineering and project management. He graduated from the University
of Texas, Arlington with a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
Ed’s technical strength lies in office and graphic software applications and digital imaging. He has been instrumental in driving several innovations and firsts at BOC including:
- Application of process and total quality
control concepts to printing
- Early adoption of digital printing and development
of product applications for the short-run on-demand market
- Making BOC one of the first companies to
provide electronic file transfer capability to customers
- Being first to offer integration of colour
management process to customer workflow
Ed shares Ann Chiu Law’s philosophy of
